Balance, correct build, temperament.

Basics, like teaching them to move shoulders and hips.
What gets you our of bed every morning?
The passion and desire to do well and make the horses the best they can be.
How do you deal with the lows of the sport?
While they are talking about you they are leaving someone else alone. Its in every discipline.
